#Introduction

The account menu is available from the user profile card at the bottom of the sidebar. From here, users can access:

#Account

Selecting Account opens the user account settings area, which includes:

• Profile: update name and email address
• Password: change the current password. This page is not shown to users who sign in with single sign-on
• Security: enable or disable two-factor authentication for the account
• Devices: view recent browser sessions and sign out other sessions
• Appearance: choose between the light and dark theme

#Appearance

Managed Studio is available in light and dark. Your choice applies on every device you sign in from.

To change your appearance:

1. Open the profile menu from the bottom-left account panel
2. Click Account
3. Click Appearance
4. Choose Light, Dark or System
5. Click Save changes

System is the default, and automatically matches your operating system's setting.

#Sign out

To sign out:

1. Open the profile menu from the bottom-left account panel
2. Click Sign out

#Privacy policy

To view the privacy policy:

1. Open the profile menu from the bottom-left account panel
2. Click Privacy policy
