Support

Introduction

The Support page allows users to contact support directly from within Managed Studio.

Users can enter their name, email address, a message describing the issue, and optionally attach a file. Supported attachment types shown in the interface include JPG, GIF, PNG, PDF, TXT, LOG, and ZIP, with a maximum file size of 5 MB.

Typical use

  1. Open Support
  2. Enter the issue details
  3. Optionally attach a file such as a screenshot or log
  4. Click Get help
